Our facility in Little Ferry, NJ is 30,000 square feet with 12 production lines.
We produce cupcakes, cookies, brownies, individual desserts, tier cakes, Danish, donuts,
muffins, pastry (French/Italian), sheet cakes, wedding cakes for our National partners, DSD and for catering (Schools, Hospitals, Wedding Venues etc)
we also create novelty items like cake push pops and parfait cups with the Palermo brand name or licensed brands like Margaritaville or Snickers flavors.
OUR STORY
Our wholesale facility is in operation 24 hours a day, 6 days a week and 8 hours on Sundays with a maximum staff of 180 employees at a given period.
We are Kosher certified and have 94% Audit Participation score in good manufacturing practices and food safety.
